A cancellation submitted via this form is binding. Open UAS will end your Open UAS study right on the date you specify.

Please make sure to inform your tutor teacher, study guidance counselor, or the teacher in charge of your studies of your decision to cancel your Open UAS studies.

Open UAS will end your study right on the date of your choosing. Below, please specify if you want your study right to end on the date you submit this form, on the last day of the current semester, or on another date.

Please note that after your study right ends, you will no longer be able to participate in studies or receive grades on the student information system Peppi.

If you choose to end your study right on a specific future date, you yourself are responsible for ensuring that you have completed all assignments and received all credits by that date.
