Library card application / Turku UAS Library and Information Services

Apply for a library card by filling in and sending the following form if you are

•Member of Turku UAS staff
•Student at Turku UAS (other than degree student)
•Other customer

If you are a degree student at Turku UAS, please don't fill in this library card application. Please send an email message from your Turku UAS email to library(a)turkuamk.fi. In the message field, type your name and date of birth. We will notify you once the mobile library card is ready for use. You can also get a physical library card during campus libraries’ service hours.
